Ang Madilim Kong Nakaraan

Sa wakas, may ilalagay na naman ako. Hehe... naku! kasi naman! Bakit kasi dun pa sila! Malapit kay... Hmm... pero ok lang... masaya sana... kaya lang... natatanaw ko ang madilim kong nakaraan...

Anyways, ganito yun... EE-ECE-COE night kasi... 500 pesos ang entrance sa metro bar dun sa malapit sa Quezon ave. Pero siyempre, the ultimate power of the ID... Libre na naman ako! At dahil si Jim (santos) ang bouncer... I mean taga collect ng tickets, may napapasok ako na iba. Waw! 1500 ang savings namin total.. minus taxi na mga 400... ok lang yun, marami naman kami. Tapos may free food + freebies pa... hehe...kaya lang nandun ang madilim kong nakaraan...

ECE night yun, fashion show... siyempre pa epal naman ako dun sa pina ka harap... photographer daw... pero gusto lang talaga makakuha ng front row seat... and para tumakas dun sa pwesto namin... kasi katabi pa namin ang madilim kong nakaraan... (pasensya na sa pag pirate ng quote ni judy, hehe)

Waaaa! Bakit kailangan ko pa siya makita ulit? Nagtinginan pa nga kami ng saglit, kasi nakasalubong ko kasi siya sa masikip na daanan nung kumuha ako ng fud. Wa! Ang dilim niya... pero puting puti yung mata... naaaaaaaak!!!

Buhay pa rin naman ako kahit wala na siya... masaya na nga talaga sana... as in super saya... nagagalit lang ako kapag nakikita ko siya.

Well, matagal na ako hindi na blog dahil hindi ko talaga trip na ilagay ang mga masayang pangyayari sa buhay ko. Hehe... Weee... wala lang, yun lang. May isang glitch na naman. Nakita ko siya eh, sira na namana ang gabi. Tsk tsk tsk.

Hello guys and girls...

Its great to be back! but I'm not sure if I'm going to be back for long. Punong puno kasi ako ng trabaho ngayon. Matsci, Lab reports, and of course TNB work. Since medyo walang gawain ngayon, I'll make use of this time to type in a few more words para sa blog ko.

Nawala ang internet ko for 5 days! That's right, one entire working week. Ganda pa ng timing... kung saan walang pasok! Waaa... buti nalang may PS2 pa rin. Ang hirap pala ng buhay pag walang communications. Hehe...

This week 600+ ang gastos ko sa grocery... dami kasi ng binili ko na food. Food lang lahat yan ha... ang pinakamahal dun ang Oreos na cereal at ang premium na fresh milk. Hehe. 270 lahat yan. Pero ok lang, kasi alam ko sa bahay lang ako mag-isa for the entirety of Halloween. So dapat busog. Hehe. Try niyo rin pala ang soya milk. Sarap. 55 lang ang isang litro sa SM. Mas cheap pa kung sa nagbebenta ng taho kayo bibili. Pero mas masarap ang sa SM. Imported eh. At almost pareho lang price.

Tamad na talaga ako mag blog. Sorry guys ha. Baka kung hindi na ulit ako bc at kung may reason na ulit ako na magdrama... pwede na. Hehe.

So for the meantime, we'll have to make do with this "wala lang" entry. hehe. Naubos ang creativity ko sa pag-layout ng paper eh. And prequel lang pala to, ang gusto ko lang talaga sabihin is:

We Kicked Their Balls

In the news. The Mapua Cardinals kicked Blue Eagle ass last saturday ending the game with a score of 66-70 in favor of the Cardinals. The Cardinals are poised to battle the team from the University of the East sometime this week. Damn, I dont know shit when it comes to sports news writing. Hehe... but you get the point, right? We won!!! Against the Ateneo Blue Eagles! In your face! Haha, and considering the fact na absent si Dela Peña because he was sent off to train with Steve Nash in Canada. So with proud voices, we sing:

Ahem! Tama nang English! Dumudugo na ang ilong ko. After a long long while, nag blog na rin ako ulit. Hehe. Kasi diba sabi ko when Im happy, I dont feel the need to blog? Mahirap pala ang buhay kung editor ka na. Kala ko magiging mas madlali kasi hindi na ako magsusulat. Pero that's not the case. First of all ikaw ang dapat mag-isip kung ano ang mga ilalagay for the issue. Tapos ibigay mo ang mga assignment sa mga tauhan mo. (Due to certain circumstances... I only have one staff writer). Tapos dapat mo silang kulitin na tapusin na yan within the deadline.Tapos i-edit mo na yan, minsan kelangan pa i-rewrite. Mas mahirap pala mag-isip kung hindi mo ideas ang pinapaganda mo. Tapos, trabaho din ng editor na i-layout ang mga articles na tapos na. Actually noon palang trabaho ko na yun. Hehe. Lastly, nasa editor ang responsibility sa outcome ng mga nagawang arcticles. So ako ang susunugin incase may problema. Hmmm... pero ok lang. Masaya naman! Hehe.

Ubo ubo! Malas na ubo to! Singot. Waa, may sipon pa. Haay, ganyan talaga pag malapit na ang December. Sana naman papasa ako sa lahat na subjects ko ngayon dahil malapit na pasko. Si sir "Eagle Eyes" Hortinella lang naman ang problem ko ngayon, kaya lang teacher ko siya sa dalawang subject. Numericals lecture and lab. Waaaa. >.<>_0

Mahirap talaga mag blog kung happy ka... hehe. Sge, ito lang muna... Luto na ang rice ko at kelangan ko pa mag aral.

Hinahanap-hanap Kita

Grabeh! One week na ang lumipas, hindi ko pa rin siya nakikita. Ang galing ko talaga umiwas. Haay. Pero miss ko na siya. Sobra.

Actually kaka reformat ko lang ng pc ko. So bago lahat. Feeling brand new. At dahil DSL na rin kami ngayon, kumpleto na rin ako sa updates ngayon. At mga software. Isa na dito anf google earth na pinaglalaroan ko sa builder office. Ang gara ng program na to! May sattelite picture siya ng lahat na lugar sa mundo. Kito ko pa nga bahay ko! Hehe.

Pero as usual, naisip ko na naman siya. Hmmm... alam ko pa kaya kung paano pumunta sa bahay nila? Wala naman akong plano na pumunta pa ulit dun, pero what the heck diba? Try ko kaya siya hanapin. Sana binabasa pa niya ang blog ko, maglagay ka naman ng comment.

Dito tayo magsimula, sa Pasig market. Pasig city hall yan ang nasa letter "A". Kung naka sakay ka sa fx galing Quiapo, ito ay palatandaan na dapat ka nang gumising kasi malapit ka na sa babaan. Halata na para lang sa mga mayaman to. May dadaanan ka na parang open field bago makarating sa guard house nila. Check point ito at kailangan mong mag-iwan ng ID kung may sasakyan ka.

Kung naka pasok ka na sa gate, point "A", sundin lang ang arrow para makapunta ka na sa yakal street. Bakit nasabi ko ito ang yakal street? Kasi may basketball court ito at may maliit na plaza sa gitna, point C. Alam ko maliit lang ito na plaza, hindi katulad sa point B na malaki. Hala malapit na!!! hehe...

Close-up naman ito ng yakal street. Kitang kita na ngayon ang basketball court at maliit na plaza. Hanapin mo nalang ang bahay na may green na gate. sa harap ito ng isang malaking bahay. Walang pinta ang mga dingding nito. Alam mo kung lumampas ka na kasi malayo ka na sa plaza. Hehe. Hindi ako sure kung saan sa mga bahay na ito yun kasi medyo blurred na ang pic. Basta ang bahay na may green na gate, yun na yun. Nung pumunta nga ako dito nakalimutan kong magbayad sa tricycle dahil sa sobrang kaba. Haha, tinawanan lang ako ng driver kasi alam niya na parang nawawala ako at kabado. Buti nalang napansin ko na hindi pa siya umalis so naalala ko na hindi pa pala ako nagbayad. Haay, memories na naman. How I wish na makapunta ulit ako diyan.

New Horizons

The tarmac was drenched and the skies were overcast with dark cumulonimbus clouds. It has been raining for a while now, but I couldn't care less. I was so busy eating my exorbitantly expensive hotdog that the rest of the Centennial Terminal was out of focus. To tell the truth, I forgot to bring my glasses so the entire world was a blur. Missed a lot of girl-spotting opportunities there, sigh....

It was cold. Even though there was a lot of gloom in the outside air due to the sporadic yet intense showers, the airport staff never thought of turning the airconditioning down. My feet were freezing. I never thought it would be this cold so I came to the airport dressed in my usual jeans, t-shirt and flip-flops. Big mistake.

I had my MP3 player turned to full volume to mask out the buzz of the other passengers who are also waiting for their respective planes to arrive and take them to wherever destination they're off to. As for me, its vacation time and I'm going back home to Iloilo City. It has almost been three hours since I arrived and checked in to the airport, and since then I've walked the entire length of the terminal thrice, bought myself a big hotdog, chewed on two big gum balls, drunk a can of diet coke, bought and read a tech and tuner mag, and listened to dozes of punk, and hip-hop songs. Who knew that waiting for one damn airplane can be so much fun?

A few more minutes passed and the boarding call finally came. I saw Abcd, and we boarded together. Our seats were spaced far apart though, so we only talked while walking towards the plane. I found my seat: row 6, seat A. That's the window seat I purposely requested when I checked in. The check-in clerk, who was also a Mapuan, obliged with much enthusiasm when he found out that we came to the same school.

After all checks were made, the rusty, old, and noisy Air Philippines 737 was given the clearance to taxi. The taxiways were kind of bumpy. Well, what do you expect? It's a big plane with tiny wheels, and its windy outside; a few bumps are inevitable. The big bird alligned itself with the runway and throttled-up its engines. The moment we were off the ground, I slowly closed my eyes and fell alseep. Ahhhh... there's nothing like flying towards a secure and fulfilled future.

So this is how it feels like to be the new features editor...

Two is a Prime Number

I watched Stealth pala last saturday sa HBO. Ayus nga pala siya. Medyo sad kasi *spoiler warning* EDI, ang artificial intelligence na stealth fighter, sacrificed himslef sa end ng movie. D, wala ako sa mood para gumawa ng movie review ngayon. Pero being an action movie about planes, Five stars sana yun para sa akin. Hehe. May part lang sa end na gusto ko i-quote.

"You and me, we are two"

tapos hindi ko na maalala kung ang next part... basta it kinda goes like... "and two is a prime number. two is beautiful." elighten me nalang kung ano talaga ang actual quote.

Sinabi yun ng bida sa girl niya. Pero bakit hindi nalang niya sinunod ang cliche na "you and me, we are one?"

Well, medyo mas astic nga yun eh, we are two. Gusto kung dagdagan... *warning, geeky stuff ahead*

What I mean is kung "kayo na"... you should not let anything affect you, and na kayo lang din ang makaka-decide para sa realtionship niyo.

Kaya lang hindi naman to applicable sa life ko. Kasi 1 lang ako... prime number din... and indivisible. Haay... wala lang... just being a hopeless romantic again... seing the world through rose-tinded glasses. Hehe...

Itadakimasu!!!

We all want to be well rounded human beings. But too much rounding and you lose your edge.

Sorry nalang sa mga fans ko at hindi ako naka post ng bagong entries these past few days. Hell week kasi namin dito sa Mapua. Usually ang hell week ay ang week bago ang final exams. Ito ang week kung saan pasahan na ng lahat na projects, portfolios, prototypes, machine problems, plates at kung ano pa na kailangan ipasa. Ito rin ang week kung saan sabay sabay binibigay ang mga last na long tests, pre-final exams, take home exams, oral profficiency exams, removal exams, special exams at lahat nalang na exam maliban sa physical exam. (Sa buong life ko hindi ko pa yata naranasan yun.) Hehe.

Sa wakas! Tapos na rin ang hell week. Hehe. So pwede na ako mag blog ulit kasi wala naman ako magawa. Dapat nag-aaral ako ngayon pero dahil may quote: "reviewer" na kami para sa exam bukas, no need to study na. Hehe. Asa!

Dalawa lang naman ngayon ang mga major stuff na kailangan ipasa. Prototype sa electronics at prototype sa logic circuits. Napasa na namin ang sa tronix. 98 ang grade namin kaya lang may minus 3 kasi hindi namin na include ang recibo sa documentation. Pero ok lang, hindi ako nagrerecalamo kasi kung nagkataon na alam namin na kailangan pala ang recibo sa documentation, eh di nalaman sana ni maam na nag kit lang kami. Baka mas mababa sa 95 ang makukuha namin. Pero hindi rin, maganda talaga project namin. One hundred watt audio amplifier pala siya. May 6 1/2 inch na speaker. Laki! Waw! Hehe... mga 3500 ang total na gastos namin. Pero sa tingin ko worth naman yun. Maganda pa ang packaging, natuwa nga si maam. Parang pang I-Mac kasi gumamit kami ng styrofoam na ball na hinati sa gitna para sa speaker, at styrofoam at glass para sa amplifier. Gamit ko nga ngayon ang speaker sa PC ko eh... extra subwoofer. Ayus ang tunog. Nararamdaman mo talaga ang bass! Hehe...

Ang prototype naman anmin sa logic ay calculator. Ang hirap gawin. Pero kinaya ng genius na kagrupo ko. Grabe ang hirap ng part ko... taga bili ng wires. Hehe. Defense namin next week, so gagawa pa kami ng documentation. Kami na daw bahala. Yeah! gudluck samin.

Andami ko rin ginawa maliban sa mga sariling project ko:

Lahat na drills ni kuya Ace sa C++2
Lahat na practical exam ni kuya Ace sa C++2

Prang nag take 2 lang ako sa C++. kaya lang this time may bayad na 100 per program = Nyahaha! >.<

Ginawa ko rin ang Flash para sa dalawang report ni Ian sa Mechanical Systems. Pang Civil Engineering na subject yun ha. Hehe... at pinag-aaralan nila ang mga escalators, elevators, ventalation systems, sprinkler systems etc. Interesting topics for a tech geek like me. Hehe. Masaya nga maging CE. Every sunday pumupunta sila sa mga major malls like glorietta at pinag-aaralan ang mga elevators at escalators nila. Nagpapadala talaga sila ng letter sa management para may tour guide. Wala lang, ginawa ko lang simulations ng mga things mentioned above.

Tinulungan ko rin si Ryan sa algebra project niya. Ang problema ko lang dun is alam ko na agad ang sagot sa mga problems na binigay pero hindi ko alam ano ang process. Thanks to my super smart calculator, hindi na ako marunong mag algebra. Pero alam ko kaagad ang sagot. After a few trails and errors, ma figure out ko rin ang process. Hehe.

Tinulungan ko rin pala sina Reign sa prototype nila sa logic. Super Saya! Kahit taga balat lang ako ng wires. At least na experience ko rin paano gumawa ng logic prototype. Sa prototype kasi namin wla akong ginawa eh. Mas naka exert pa ako ng effort dito. Kahit andaming problema we never gave up. And tinanggap na ng teacher nila so medyo sure na na pasado sila. Yey! :D

Ahahahahaha... ang saya ko ngayon. Fulfilling na marami akong natulungan na tao this term. Maybe I'll get my just rewards someday. Pero ok na rin kahit wala. Ang saya saya ko naman ngayon. :D Yey! Yey! Yey!

Malayo na naman sa topic ang title ko no? Hehe... as usual.

Wala lang, kasi kanina after going to church... kumain kami ng foster family ko sa isang mamahaling korean restaurant. Feeling kim sam sun (I dunno the spelling... walang reclamo,ok?) hehe. Puro Kim beit. Kung wiet, Hai, kung hei fat choi! Ni hao nga! ASNdhAKLsddAskldnajksdhk.... naiinis ako kasi hindi ko ma pronouce ang mga food. Basta masarap! Hahahahahaha! Puro maanghang. Tpos chopsticks lang ang binigay ng waiter. So medyo challenge sa akin. Pero marunong din ako. Kahit peanuts kaya ko nang i-chopsticks. Yeah! Ang Itadakimasu pala ay isang japanese term na sinasabi nila bago kumain. Parang, kain tayo or bon appetite... wala lang. Argh! gutom na naman ako!!!!!!!!! Bakit Japanese, eh sa Korean resto naman kami kumain? Well, wala lang. Kasi all non-filipino asians all look alike. Diba? Tayo lang naman ang mukhang tisoyon, arabo, bombay, amerikano, kastila, negro, mongoloid, koreano, at hapon. Parang lahat na lahi sa buong mundo meron dito sa Pilipinas. Hehe.

Isang joke pala na nabasa ko sa cell ni Reign kasi sira ang cellphone ko at pinahiram niya ako ng phone niya.

Your a Rock Star

Im glad that I wore my "Your a Rockstar!" pink spongebob shirt today. Its magic of changing a predictably stressfull day into a fun and downright enjoyable experience never seems to fade. If I'm not mistaken, I wore this shirt about five times already. (The first time was during the EE-ECE-CoE outing *sigh, memories) During each of those times - I had fun no matter what the world throws at me.

Just this morning, we had our prototype check at Quiapo because it does nothing more than just sit there and glow. Its suppose to be and audio amplifier but it has become one big circuit for an LED flashlight. During the break nanood lang kami ng NCAA Cheerdance cCompetition sa Builder Office. We got third, but I dont care! Whats important is that willing na rin at last ang friends ko mag stay with me sa office. Parang picnic na naman! Spag and lasagnia! Mmmmm...

Nasusubaybayan ko ngayon ang bukang liwayway. I am witnessing the sunrise. Ohayou!!!! Hehe... ang saya naman. Gumagawa kami ng prototype ngayon. At biglang hindi na uminit ang aming soldering iron! Hands which Shaped the Clay

After some probing around, I stumbled upon this blog: http://pisaywv.blogspot.com/ A blog about my alma mater... PSHS-WV, or Philippine Science High School - Western Visayas. A prominent name for an equally outstanding highschool. However, most of its scholars would prefer to call it "pisay"; for behind all the pomp and circumstance that the name carries, a human heart throbs - kept beating by the people that fuel it.


This post is dedicated to those people - the human hands who's finger prints are found imprinted on the country's greatest minds. (without raising my chair, including yours truly hehe )

Hmmm, so where do I start? Ah... so first we have maam Thess (The one in white). She's literally the first and last person you'll have to go to when studying in pisay. Being the registrar, maam Castor will be the one who'll sign both your enrollment papers and your realease clearance. That's why best friend ko to when its time to process our clearances. I still keep my school sealed five peso bills until now as remembrance. Hehe...

Behind Maam Thess is Maam Magno... ang super bait na Bio Teacher. Hmmm... I still can't forget that experiment where we disected earthworms... and ang final exam na parang game lang... hehe... the one na prang identification, kaya lang may blank for each letter and may corresponding number. So If you'll guess one word, makukuha mo na ang answer sa other questions. Basta... hehe.... I cant remember the name of the test kasi eh.

I dont know the other teachers na cause bago lang sila... hmmmm...

And nasa gym pala to... ahh the gym. Venue for after class practice sessions, talent shows, PE classes, Volleyball Matches, Technology Classes, bird poo dodging, and a lot more. Ahh memories.

Ok, so here's the Talent show I was talking about... On the left is the ever-so-hot maam sinfuego... filipino teacher. Hmmm... Kung wala si maam hindi siguro ako ganito ka galing mag tagalog... nyahaha. On the right naman is the ever vigilant Sir Dennis Joseph Garrido - Librarian, Choir Manager, and all around talent. Hehe... Watch out lang kayo when he's in librarian mode... nyahaha ulit...

When the mess gets too tough, we call on Manong Junior! Without him, the school will be one sweaty, pungent clutter of tables and torn up pieces of paper. He also has his trusty floor pollisher incase tamad na kami mag scrub ng floor. A trusty ally when the homeroom cleanliness contest comes by.

Si Tatay lando...Sir Libitaque... human microphone and our adviser way back when we were just little sampaguitas... 2nd year. Hmmm... when he was our advser we had the best homeroom, the coolest desks, the most futuristic bulletin boards and the strongest industrial fans in the entire school. Because of him, I never cheated again (until college that is.. oops). Because of him, we are forever knowledgeable on how the birds and the bees work. Haha! Congrats ulit sir on your promotion to humanities head.

More hot teachers. D ko na kilala ang naka white. Pero the one in yellow is our guidance councilor, Maam Thirza. She gave us direction when we were running blind... (or when we were simply covering our eyes) Siya rin ang nag ayos ng mga applications namin sa different colleges and scholarships. The one in pink is maam Leah. Soc sci teacher. Soc sci was never a boring subject when she was the teacher. Lagi nalang may acting, game shows, film showing. We made a novel ba as a final project. I made one intitle Ronin, samurai without a master. Sana I could get a copy of it. It was the longest story I ever made. And kahit forgetful ako I still remember some facts about the ming dynasty, oracle bones, and the correct pronounciation of Lao Tzu and Kungfutzu... (Confucius) Ewan ko kung tama anf spelling. Hehe.

Look, sir One and Maam Resa in one picture. Grabe, ito na pala ang faculty center... parang call center nga sabi ni sir Ed. Hehe... Sir One was our p6 teacher. Laging masy kasamang dance move yan every lesson. Para super sure na hindi kami ma bore. Tapos I remember pa the project na pinagawa niya... ang fastest gravity powered car. Hehe... That was the first time I learned how to abuse the mechanics of a contest, Siyempre we won that conest kasi ang car namin was composed of two parts. Isang launcher at isang roller. Basta... I wont dwell on the technical stuff na... basta madaya ang car namin kasi mouse ball lang siya at isang inclined plane on wheels. Si Maam Resa naman ang nasa likod. She used to be maam Yandog, kaya lang ngayon I dont know her surname na kasi she was just married. Congrats Maam! Ballet partner pala siya ni sir One. Chem teacher ko rin siya. And kahit na dreaded subject ko talaga ang chem, she made it fun and enjoyable na may halong drama at action sequences. SIya din ang yearbook adviser... oops... speaking of the yearbook... hehe... hehe... hehe...

The bio teachers! Currently studying the oil spill in Guimaras. I forgot Kung sino si sir na ka look alike ni Danfiel. Sir Laride ata, if Im right... Then next to him is maam magno... na describe ko na sa taas. Next, the one in orange is maam Biyo. The teacher with her own minor planet... Planet Biyo. Award niya ito for teaching excellence... along with a hefty cash prize and educational grant for our school. Siya din ata ang acting director ngayon. Hmmm... She looks like a superhero though... with green cape and all. Go maam Biyo... local celebrity na gnayon yan. Next is maam Zen. Math teacher, Actually tinuruan niya na kami ng mga integral and stuff and dapat alam ko na yan before college even started. I remember nga noon na magaling na ako mag integrate dahil sa kanya. Kaya lang forgetful lang talaga ako. Hmmm... Next is maam navarro. She won a Nissan Frontier!!! Cool! Hehe... and isang cool bio teacher din si maam. Hmm... what did I learn, basta mga genetics... mitosis miosis... and how they happen. Punnet Square ba yun, ang pagmamatch ng x and y dominant or recessive genes. Hehe... see... I stil remember kahit ECE ako. Hmm... I dunno kung sino ang big guy sa likod. Basta the one with the yellow shirt is sir Olvido. Tito ni Carina! Hahaha! Bad boy na teacher... laging long hair kung summer. And nag train din siya sa Japan, like sir Cerbo-san... hehe... Basta when sir olvido starts laughing, he cant stop na, kahit na teary eyed na siya. Once he laughed so much na hindi na niya kaya mag continue sa lecture so nag walk out siya. When he came back parang galit... seryoso ang face... pero after a few seconds he rushed out of the room laughing again... hahahaha!

Naku! napahaba naman ata ang entry na to... haay... How I miss Highschool life na... pa stroll stroll lang sa covered walk... basketball... counterstrike... girls... hehe... haay... If only I could turn back time... I would choose to be a high school student forever... or at least be with everyone in my highschool. 360 lang naman kami so we knida know everyone by face and name... *sigh* Thanks mga maam and sir for one of the happiest four years of my life. Ngayon ko lang pala na realize how lucky we were to have studies sa pisay. If not for the eduction but also for the values that they inculcate in us. Thanks sooo much...

Pagpasok ko palang sa office kaninang umaga may naka sulat na sa board na "Ean kuya ace needs to talk to you mamayang 8pm". Shit. What did I do wrong this time? Mraming possibilities. Pwede dahil binigyan namin ni sir namre si nash ng false writing task... pero sinabi naman namin agad na joke lang. Hmmm... pwede rin na tungkol sa editorship. Waaa... angst!!!!

Sleepy na ako. Wala na naman akong gana mag blog. Bakit kaya ganun? Kung masaya ako ayoko na mag blog? Haay. So hope nalang kayo na sad na naman ako bukas para may bagong post na naman ako. Hehe. Jokeness! Pero totoo yun na wala na me gana mag blog ngayon.

Hindi na naman ako nag breakfast kasi hindi naka luto si Vice Pres kasi nga naubusan kami ng bigas. At dahil hindi ko pa nasulat ang lab report ko (kailangan kasi engineering lettering) nagmadali na naman ako. Na print ko na kagabi ang mga dapat ko isulat (i-trace pala... hehe, madaya kasi ako... pprint ko muna using engineering letering na font and itrace ko xa) so hindi na ako kailangan mag-isip pa. Trace nalang ng trace buong umaga. Noong mga 1130 na, niyaya ako ni Melissa at Dothz para mag lunch. Pero sabi ko kayo nalang kasi wala akong pera. 20 pesos lang laman ng pocket ko, utang ko pa yun kay sir Namre. Naks... gutom na ako at sumasakit na ang neck ko kasi weird ang position ng ulo ko kapag sobrang focused sa pagsusulat. Wawa naman ako.

5 minutes before the first bell natapos ko na at last ang reoprts ko. Kailangan ko ng liquid paper pero hindi yata uso yun sa builder office. Hehe... buti nalang si Kuya Es may dalang Tech pen na may white ink. Mahal daw yun compared sa black ink. Nakakatuwa... parang liquid paper din siya kaya lang medyo mas mabilis mag dry-up. Pagkatapos kong inayos ang mga mali mali ko, naalala ko na wala pa rin pala akong green paper para sa cover page. Naks. Tinext ko nalang muna ang lahat na kilala ko. Either wala pa sila sa school or wala silang dala na green paper. Oh well, sge mamaya nalang yan... mabait naman si mam. Research muna ako ng proposal incase na ma-reject ang medyo madali na mga proposals namin para sa project prototype sa logic 1. Buti nalang magaling ako mag cram. Wala pang 2 minutes may nakita agad ako. 28 LED clock circuit at 72 LED clock. Ayus! Print ko sila agad. Tapos lipad sa 2nd floor, hingi ng green paper sa mga clasm8 na di ko kilala (pakapalan nalang) then lipad ulit sa 4th floor para gumawa ng cover page. Buti nalang pwede na compterized ang cover page. Nyahahahehe...

Noong magsisimula na sana ang experiment gutom pa rin ako. Pero 20 pa rin ang pera ko. Buti nalang maraming extra na pera si gretchen. Sabi ko, magpapaphotocopy lang ako ng PDS (Prelimenary Data Sheet) sa baba... pahiram pera. Bakit kailangan mo pa ng pera, piso lang naman yan kasi 2 pages lang yan? Kakain pa kasi ako eh. Sge samahan nalang kita. Yeeeee! Hehe... may kasama na ako! Tumakas kami sa lab at bumaba sa canteen. Naka limang kiss kami... nyahaha. Pero hindi kiss na kiss ha! Kala niyo! >.<... Kiss King of Balls, yung nagbebenta ng mga fishball, kikiam,at gulaman... hehe.

Oh diba antakaw! Hehe. Sge balik na sa logic lab. Kasi leader ako ngayon, kailangan may contribution ako sa group. Kasi buong term na to lagi supervisor lang ako. Hehe. Nagyon gumawa na talaga ako. Ako nag design ng circuit (Binary Counter yun para sa mga nakakaintindi), ako din ang nag connect, pero tinulungan ako ni leo, at tinapos na rin niya para sa akin. Hehe. Tapos gumana agad after a few minor adjustments! Yey! Masaya talaga ang lab kapag alam mo ang ginagawa mo. Ang part 2 pala sila na ang gumawa. Nag braid nalang ako ng wires kasi inatake na naman ako ng ADHD ko. Hehe. Sabi nila pang bading lang daw yun! Hindi no! Inggit lang kayo kasi artistic ako kahit technical ang subject. Nyenye! UTP ang tawag dun... Unshielded Twisted Pair... Oh diba... naalala ko pa ang CISCO training ko noong High School Tinetwist ang wires para mag combine ang electromagnetic fields nila at magkakaron sila ng parang force field to pretect them from outside interference. Yuck - geeky stuff. Wala lang, hindi ko ma resist ang urge to explain. :P

Kami din pala ang pina ka last na group na umalis sa room. Kasi nga hindi kami nagmamadali kasi medyo busog pa kami. (Well at least kami ni chen) Naglaro nalang kami ng computer chairs. Kasi wala nang tao sa lab ginawa namin siyang racetrack gamit ang mga computer chairs. Hehe... buti nalang hindi naka tingin ang mga manong sa likod ng 1 way mirror. Kala nila hindi namin sila nakikita sa likod ha. Hmmp, di lang nila alam na lumalabas pa rin ang shadow nila king lalapit sila sa glass. Syupid! Joke lang! Hehe... mabait naman ang mga manong sa logic lab.

Hmmm... then gutom ulit kami pagkatapos ng logic lab. Bumili kami ng spag sa canteen. This time kasama na si Tonix, (Antonio Alejo de Grapon dela Madre de Cacao la Kalachuchi III pala ang real name niya... hahahahaha). Kaya lang dalawang spag nalang ang natira. Si kahit mukhang masarap ang spag, pinanindigan ko nalang ang sinabi ko na ayaw ko ng spag. Para makakain din silang dalawa ni chen ng masarap ng spag. Mabait pa rin kasi ako eh. So nag Jamaican patty nalang ako, nilagyan ko nalang ng maraming hot sauce para sweating hot na naman siya ulit. Gusto ko talaga maging mabait. Sa totoo lang, nagpapangap lang ako na mayabang, maangas at suplado to fit in. Yun ata ang requirement sa tropa namin. Pero masaya ako when I can be myself. Kahit na alam ko na nice guys finish last, ok lang. Hehe. Kahapon nga nilebre ko rin si Gretchen at si Tonix ng kikiam. Pero nahiya sila bigla sa akin so nilbre din nila ako ng maliit na jamaican. Siyempre hindi ko naman tinanggihan. Pagakain din yun. Wala lang. Point ko is masaya pa rin ako when Im the nice guy. At when people allow me to be nice to them. Haay... some people kasi diyan... sge wala wala... dapat masaya ang post na to... no rants muna. Hehe. :D

So Electronics lab na after kami kumain. Actually tinatamad na ako mag tronix lab kasi hindi naman ako makagawa kasi sinosolo ni sir cepres at sir marvin ang FACET Board. Hmmm... ginamit ko naman ulit ang "magpapahotocopy muna ako" excuse para maka takas sa lab. Nag internet nalang muna ako sa office at nag reply sa mga comments ni efren! Andami wow! Halos lahat an entry ko. Keep it up fren! Hehe... kung gusto mo mag lagay ng mga bad words ok lang yun! Hehe... kilala ta man ka ah!

Yun, so after mga 30 minutes na pagbabasa ng mga blog ng iba... (w/c includes sir ninong, sir namre, and reign)... ready na rin at last ako para bumalik sa lab at maging supervisor ulit. Hehe. Tapos after a while naka balik ulit ako sa office kasi nag research ako para sa mga answers to questions and problems. Haay, minsan may advantage din when your not the smartest guy in the group. You dont need to do a lot of thinking. Dirty work lang like pagpaphotocopy or paggawa ng graphs. Pero minsan boring din. Gusto ko ako ang gumagawa ng circuit at ako ang nag dedelegate. Pero ok lang yun, magaling naman kasi si mr cepres. Wala akong reclamo. Masaya naman maging supervisor. Aral nalang ako kung practical exam week na.

Tapos yun... uwian na. Masaya ako all the way. Hehe... Kaya lang sa jeep pala kailangan naka angry face ka. Kasi kung mukhang tulala ka or mukhang takutin.... baka maging target ka pa ng holdaper. Hehe... at ayoko talaga mag jeep kung ako mag isa. Gusto ko FX. Less pollution, less chance na ma holdup kasi less people. And most na sumasakay is mga students or mga may kaya kasi medyo pinipili din naman ng driver ang mga pinapasakay nila. Kaya lang masaya din mag jeep kung kasama si reign. Kahit less than five mintues lang kami magkasama. Last 3 weeks nalang kasi. Every minute counts. Haay. Pero ok na ako dun. Tanggap ko na noon pa na hindi na kami magsasama next term. Thats ok, thats alright.

Pagdating ko sa bahay kain ulit. Isang malaking chicken (Deep voice... CHEEEHKHEEN!!!) at dalawang rice at maraming tubig at dalawang banana. Alam niyo ba na pwede niyo na i-slice ang isang saging kahit hindi pa ito na balatan? Easy, kuha lang kayo ng isang sharp object (eg pin or paper clip). Tapos insert mo yan sa saging, twist sideways, left right left right. And Walah! Magic Saging! Hehe... Wala lang... ginawa ko yun kanina eh. ADHD attack nga ako ngayong araw na to. Then after eating naglaro muna ako ng San Andreas sa PC. Bagong CD kasi na pinahiram ni sir namre. Medyo na stress ako dun kasi ang hirap ng controls. Sanay ako sa PS2 version eh. Naligo nalang ako. Mga 30 minutes ako nag hot shower na naka set sa fine spray (high tek kasi ang shower namin, mayamin kasi landlords ko.... si VP). Ansarap! Super stress releaver... parang massage (read as ma-sa-he) lang. Mmmmmm... Ahhhhh what at day. :D

Hmm...ano pa... about sa builder exam noong sunday. Argh... next time nalang...antok na talaga ako... haay. Basta masaya din ako noon. At sa lagay na to wala pa akong gana mag blog. Oh my god! (Thou shall not use the Lord's name in vain) Hmmm... oo nga no... erase erase. Oh my goodness! Hehe... Or pwede rin... Oh my gosh! (Yack!!!)

Dear Josh:
We've been called all three, and to be honest, we always assumed they meant the same thing. However, according to the cool kids, there are differences.

Official definitions for nerd, geek, and dork each use the words "inept" and "foolish." Nerds have the added distinction of being "unattractive." Ouch. While it's hard to argue with the dictionary, we sought out definitions from the Internet at large.

According to Whatis.com, nerds are people of above-average intelligence who place little importance on their appearance. Nerds are often aware of their status, but they don't mind. In fact, many take pride in the putdown, as it means they're smart and not wrapped up in superficial worries.

Geek is a more specific term. Back in the day, geeks worked at carnivals, and (according to the dictionary) "bit the heads off live chickens." Thankfully, the term now has a different connotation. Like nerds, geeks are smart, but they tend to focus more on technology. As Urban Dictionary explains, these are the people you make fun of in high school and later work for as an adult.

Being called a "dork" is the biggest insult of the three. There's no way you can spin it into something positive. After all, even the dictionary writes that dorks are "stupid" people. And to make matters worse, dorks assume they're cool. Oh, and they smell, too.

So, to sum things up, if someone calls you a geek or a nerd, thank them. If someone calls you a dork, consider going back to school and investing in some new deodorant.

Grabe... feel ko na talaga gumawa ng bagong lay-out sa blog kasi sabi ni ate anna kala niya my blog belongs to a girl. So eto, I started with the banner muna... beta version palang yan... kulang pa ng mga kaartehan... excited lang ako na e upload siya so yan... a fortaste to my new blog nalang muna yan. Next yung mismong lay-out na and graphics... and lagyan ko pa ng "bells and whistles" ang banner ko para more fun and useful.

Next time nalang ang the usual rants... 2 am na kasi ako ang start gumawa ng flash na yan kasi hindi pa rin ako maka tulog kasi.... basta next time nalang. mga 10 minutes before 4 ko siya natapos... hehe...

Life is no Fairy Tale

...and they lived happily ever after.

How I wish the rest of my life could be told by those words alone. However, I don't think that would be probable, for real life can never be a fairy tale. "They lived happily ever after" was just a phrase invented by some 2-bit, lazy author who didnt want to tell little children about the problems that followed after the wedding, the kiss, or the magical revival from death. My trusty dictionary begs to agree: "a fairy tale is an improbable invented account of something, often a false excuse."

So was "that night" just another fairy tale? An excuse to fade away from reality for a few days? A dream I'm forced to forget after I wake up? Damn... I hope not.

Good thing tita bern brought us this plate of pizza... or else I could have fallen into another one of my irrationally depressed moods again. Then again, why am I here pouring out my feelings instead of studying for my math exam tomorrow?

Maybe I've wasted one too many chances and that I've betrayed her one too many times. Its hard to think that she'll be holding out her hand just like that again. And who's this guy she misses the most? Who's this guy that "makes her heart beat faster? I'm really confused. Do I still have a place in your life? Where's that energy that made me shiver even if it wasnt that cold? The old flame that's been rekindled is fading into a dim spark again. Was that just "for old times sake?" Why didnt you just push me away? Why? Why? Why?

I know that trust is a hard thing to earn. And loosing it several times over makes it an even tougher mountain to climb. But for once in my life... I'm sure of what I want. If your going to be my Everest, then so be it. Rest assured that I'm going to reach the top no matter what it takes. That's a promise.

Kaya lang inisip ko... kung magwawalkout ang UP paano na ang binayad namin na 120 pesos. First quaerter palang ata yun. Hehe... buti nalang bumalik sila... muntik pa nga natalo ang blue eagles sa 2nd quarter... nakabawi nalang sila noong 3rd quarter na... nanalo ang blue eagles 98-88 vs UP. Hehe...

Tapos food trip kami sa greenwhich sa farmers... ay nga pala... gagamit sana ako ng CR sa gateway kaya lang may bayad pala... wag nalang! Stupidness. Hmm.. tapos ano pa ba ang ginawa namin? Hmm... d ko na maalala... basta after namin mag malling ng konte dun kami nag stay sa dorm ng ateneo friends ko. Nilbre pa kami ni efren ng isang bucket meal at drinks. Food trip talaga! Sabi pa nga namin kami ang magbabayad ng drinks kaya lang napunta nalang yun sa "thank you" kasi nakalimutan na. Hehe. Salamat... Eric Salamat... hehehe...

May taga Iloilo pala sa Blue Eagles... si number 14... di ko alam sino... basta galing xa sa Ateneo de Iloilo, formerly known as Santa Maria Highschool.

Tapos... wala na... secret na... hahahaha! Super saya... ala lang...

Then uwi na kami ni efren... mga 130 kanina... see pic above... pauwi na kami nung time na yun... pero sabi ni cheche picture taking muna daw. Hehe... then dumaan ulit kami sa gateway bago mag FX papunta España. Nag Taco Bell for the first time in my file. Super busog sa Gtrilled Stuft Burrito. 109 pero worth it kasi 1/2 pound siya. Grabe... food trip weekend.

At least for a few days nakalimutan ko problems ko... (although doon ako gumawa nf lab reports ko sa dorm nila) Thanks guys... Na miss ko man kamo! Mangita naman ko reason para maka balik... scary siya kasi I didnt ask permission (as always) Hehe...

Ok, so I probably made the worst mistake of my life kagabi. Stupid me. Haha. Question is, where do I go from here? Well, wala na actually. Noon palang alam ko na na she's not for me. What's the point in liking someone who's completely your opposite diba? And besides... she probably likes someone else na. Well, at least I dont have to live the lie that I've been living for the past 5+ months anymore. Lying to her, lying to my friends, and lying to myself na I don't like her. I probably have a place in hell na for all those lies. Sana lang hindi ko makita si Jonathan at si David sa hell, or else papatayin ko sila! Fwahahahahahaha... '(-_-)'

Aaminin ko na the best pa rin yung last term... kahit isang subject lang tayo magkaklase... hindi ko na feel na malayo tayo sa isat-isa cause sa short time na magkasama tayo masaya ang lahat.

So I agree naman talaga na we're not going to be blockmates next term... pero promis me sana na we're going to be classmates sa isang lecture... thats all I ask... isa lang... like last term.

Sa builder tingnin nila sa akin baby... kayo din tingin niyo baby... hmm... I guess its high time I grew up.

Chaotic

Magulo... yan ang isasagot ko sa inyo kung tatatanungin niyo ako kung kamusta na ang buhay ko.

4 weeks nalang ang classes... meaning
1) last 4 weeks para bumawi sa mga bagsak na quiz
2) last 4 weeks para gumawa ng mga prototype etc
3) last 4 weeks to prepare 4 d finals
4) last 4 weeks nalang... na kasama ko siya. After that wala na... hindi na kami pwede maging classmate...

Hindi ko pa rin ma enjoy ang company ng friends ko
1) Kahit alam ko na nasa sarili ko lang ang mali
2) Dahil masaya sila lagi at ako lang ang hindi
3) Dahil dumadami na ang barkada... at ang iba hindi ko naman ginusto na sumama
4) Dahil wala pa rin pumapansin sa akin... minsan

Mawawala na ulit ang scholarship ko
1) Dahil babagsak na ako
2) Kahit alam ko ang lessons, sa quiz nawawala lahat
3) Dahil si sir damian ang prof ko
4) Dahil magulo lagi ang ulo ko kasi nga depressed
5) Dahil ayaw na nila ako turuan kasi... may iba na mas importante sa akin lagi...

Exam ko sa editorship sa builder... pero hindi pa rin ako ang pipiliin dahil
1) Mas magaling talaga si sir nash
2) Tamad ako at hindi pumapasa sa dedline
3) Dahil mahina ako sa spelling
4) Dahil hindi na ako tumatambay sa office kasi nga gusto ko kasama ang friends ko
5) Dahil hindi na ako seryoso sa builder kasi nga depressed
